As JFK said in one of his final speeches, an error does not become a mistake unless we refuse to correct it. What a wonderful birthday present I was given last night by the Valencia Community College deans and their repugnant disciplinary committee. This is Hubris, they committed a fatal flaw in academics against their most devoted student.   They dropped me out of all classes and suspended me for being a messenger of God, for creative LARP script writing, for expressing my conscience with rented mouths or hard rock song lyrics and for expelling from campus their demons or evils spirits.   They not only discriminated against a disabled student, under a federally protected status, by taking away his freedom of Speech, his freedom of Press, his freedom of Assembly and his freedom of Religion among others, but they permanently marred my academic record. I want them to put this work in my record too.

Like it happened with the corrupt yet scholarly author who plagiarized Michelle Obama Speech, they also stole from me my words and cherry picked them or took them out of context for their nefarious purposes.  I came to honor and protect their schools with my presence, but they humiliated and dishonored me instead.  They declared themselves to be my enemies by materializing spiritual protests or for blogging and blowing the weasel against their Money Laundering Stratagems.  All I did was to ask for help correcting one stupid essay in which I was accused of stealing knowledge or ideas by a cat minded teacher just because my reasoning exceeded and was more potent that the knowledge of experts in the matter under discussion.  As a result, they turned things upside down and accused me of misconduct for using fighting words which they never defined among other things. All I did was to protest in writing and in so doing occupy their email boxes. It is not me whom they rejected and offended, but God and his servants the prophet who spoke thru me, and by so doing they doomed themselves to oblivion.  I lied not, nor can I recall any of my words, they stand strong like a living will in full force; and I am not even pale or ashamed for death they have given me or their injunctions against me.  As a matter of fact, I feel joy in my heart to have been found worthy to suffer rejection and expulsion for the Lord’s sake. It is a testament in my favor that proves to God, angels and these witnesses, that my predicate was somewhat good; which moved them to anger. For the wicked find the truth hard for it pierces them to the very center.

Here is how. As per the Lord’s word which I sent them in advance, it would have been better for them to tie a mill stone upon their necks and cast themselves into the sea than to have offended me and my family.  Their decision has caused a change in my academic course of education.  All I wanted to be was a Writer, now, since they claim that I am the Frank Sinatra whose hand they shook; or the Godfather or the most powerful man under heaven, or that my words can kill, I now wish to become, figuratively speaking, a prosecuting lawyer, a judge and an executioner in my own right.  On the day of my repugnant disciplinary trial, I came out of the temple of our God, where I was washed and anointed to become a king and a priest unto the Most High God to rule and reign in the house of Israel forever; yet like the living Christ, I was judged by them in secret, without a chance to face my accuser and without opportunity to gather witnesses in my defense because they forbade me to call upon them.  They made of me an offender for a word. And for them, the LORD has a stern and grim warning.:

Based on the information received, facts presented, and your responses to the Disciplinary Hearing Committee’s questions, it has been determined that your conduct, behaviors, and/or actions resulted in a finding of not responsible for Student Code of Conduct, Policy 6Hx28: 8-03.

 III. A. 16: Obstruction or disruption of teaching, research, administration, disciplinary procedures, or other College activities, including but not limited to: 

a. Violence committed against any member or guest of the college community.

b. Forcible interference with the freedom of movement of any member or guest of the College.

c. Obstruction of the normal processes, activities, and functions of the college community.

d. Assault or battery upon community college security officers.

e. Disruptive activities as defined and prohibited in accordance with the criminal provisions of Section 877.13, Florida Statutes.

 However, based on the information received, facts presented, and your responses to the Disciplinary Hearing Committee’s questions, it has been determined that your conduct, behaviors, and or actions resulted in a finding of responsible for corresponding sections of the Student Code of Conduct, Policy 6Hx28: 8-03.III.A.13, 19, 24.

 The information provided for review included emails sent by you to Valencia faculty members from your Atlas account.  The emails contained both direct text and links to blog posts authored by you.  The email-text and blog posts were both directed at faculty and contained language found to create a hostile and intimidating environment, such as, but not limited to (phrases taken both individually and in totality):  

“He will hunt you down in life or in spirit, until he puts on your skin while it is still warning to cover his nakedness. He is bad to the bone, he makes his own and he drinks alone. In other words, he is the man that comes around and takes your names and rises his finger whether you live or die.  He is a destroying angel and he does it as a part time job while you all sleep.  Like his father, my captain, he is one of my most effective destroying agents.” 

“If you rebel against Miguel, he will not pardon your transgression and make your world a living hell as he has hitherto done.” 

“Regardless of what your momma told you, violence does solve problems.” 

“I may be flunked by my cat minded professor…” 

“To my enemies I am, The Grave Yard Digger, because after they are dead and buried by their own device, I will dig their graves, debrief them by drinking from their skull and put them to sleep softly agsin, so I can write their tales from the bottomless pit of my brain.”

 “By so doing these people have unleashed a sequences of events that will bring about the next apocalypse or national tragedy…I already filled it with truth. After justice come judgment day.” 

“The time to prepare for my appearance is at hand, we are losing too many brothers and sisters in translation.  It’s time to clean the house and set it in order.”

“A powerful spirit entity named Jezabel is in that woman Barlow…This will end soon. I am hunter of Satan and that wicked spirit of Jezabel who has brought bitter emnity between me and you.”           

Your conduct, behavior, and/or actions violates the Student Code of Conduct section:  

III. A. 13: The use or display of "fighting words" by students to harass any person(s) on College property, on other property to which these policies apply as defined in campus implementing regulations, or in connection with official College functions or College sponsored programs. "Fighting words" are those personally abusive epithets which, when directly addressed to any ordinary person are, in the context used and as a matter of common knowledge, inherently likely to provoke a violent reaction whether or not they actually do so. Such words include, but are not limited to, those terms widely recognized to be derogatory references to race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and other personal characteristics. "Fighting words” create a hostile and intimidating environment which the student uttering them should reasonably know will interfere with the victim's ability to pursue effectively his or her education or otherwise to participate fully in College programs and activities.  Any act or behavior on the part of the student that tends to impair, interfere with or otherwise disturb or obstruct orderly conduct processes, functions, and/or interest of the college is expressly prohibited. 

On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at approximately 2:00 p.m., you were involved in a formal meeting and received a letter of alleged violations from the Dean of Students, West Campus.  The formal letter contained interim measures, including instruction not to contact faculty members.  This instruction was given to you both verbally and in writing; and you were provided the opportunity to ask questions about it.  On Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 8:53 p.m. and 9:01 p.m., you sent an email to Valencia faculty members from your Atlas account. 

On Friday, July 15, 2016, at 11:35 a.m., you received a letter for new alleged violations for failing to comply and violating an interim measure.  And on Friday, July 15, 2016, at 1:07 p.m.; Saturday, July 16, 2016, at 10:28 a.m.; Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 11:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 7:03 a.m. you sent emails to Valencia faculty members from your Atlas account. 

Your conduct, behavior, and/or actions violates the Student Code of Conduct section:  

III. A. 19. Failure to identify oneself to, or comply with directions of, a College official or other public official acting in the performance of their duties while on College property or at official College functions, or resisting or obstructing such College or other public officials in the performance of or the attempt to perform their duties. 

AND 

III. A. 24. Violation of the conditions contained in the terms of a disciplinary action imposed under this Code. 

As a result of these findings you were found responsible for violating Valencia’s Student Code of Conduct and the College institutes the following sanctions: 

         You have been administratively withdrawn from your summer term 2016 courses.

         Effective immediately, you are being placed on “Disciplinary Suspension” from Valencia College until the conclusion of the fall term 2016.  As stated in the policy, “‘Suspension’ is—exclusion from College premises and other privileges or activities for a period of time as set forth in the suspension notice. This action will be permanently recorded on the student’s record.”  During the suspension period you are not eligible to register for or attend credit or non-credit classes at any campus location/instructional site of Valencia College.  You are not permitted to return to any college properties or instructional locations.

         A “No Contact Order” is being issued for all faculty at Valencia College.  During your “Disciplinary Suspension”, beginning immediately and ending at the conclusion of the fall term 2016, you are not to have any contact with faculty through any mode of communication, including but not limited to written, verbal, electronic, phone, social media, online, text message, in-person, or email.

         A registration hold has been placed on your student record to prevent future registration.

 If you decide to request re-enrollment for spring term 2017, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1.     You will need to contact the Dean of Students Office, West Campus at (407) 582-1344 after November 1, 2016 to schedule a meeting.  The Suspension Readmission Request Deadline for spring term 2017 is December 2, 2016.

2.     Provide a letter requesting re-enrollment as a student to blion@valenciacollege.edu explaining your:

a.     ability and plan for participating in a positive manner in our learning community

b.     ability to follow reasonable direction of college officials

c.     ability to not engage in threatening behavior

d.     ability to not disrupt the learning environment

3.     Readmission will be considered based on an evaluation by college official(s) of your ability to:

D. Appeals will be decided based on the report filed by the Dean of Students, the student’s written statement, and any written response or memoranda prepared by College officials. All written materials considered by the Vice President for Student Affairs will be subject to inspection by the student. The student may request an opportunity to discuss the written materials in person with the Vice President for Student Affairs. New hearings will not be conducted on appeal. Decisions rendered by the Vice President for Student Affairs are final.

           I wonder how many rapes and other heinous crimes are committed in colleges and university campuses across America where our kids face repugnant disciplinary hearings and are disgraced by secrecy based arbitrary trials of wicked and corrupt school officials like these without anyone to defend them.  Well said the Lord that the lawyers and judges of these people with secret agendas lay the foundation for their own destruction.    But with the very same stick that they have measure us, they will be measured at the day of judgment. And they will receive a double potion, weighed and toppled of the cup of dregs of which we have also drank.             I, Miguel Angel Tinoco told these people, and is documented, that I war not against flesh or blood, but against spiritual entities entrenched in high places. That I was conducting an exorcism. That I was casting away the demons or evils spirits from their schools which attached to me, some of which spoke to them thru me. I cause those warring spirits to leave the State of Florida, to Go West to Louisiana, to go East to Bavaria and to go South to Africa. I left the school empty clean. Now, those spirits cause pandemonium in weaker souls. They are roaming the earth and deserts seeking for water. When they find no water, they will return to the house from where they were cast out, even Central Florida. However, they will bring with them stronger Demons than them from Asia, from Africa and from Europe. And the condition of that house, that is Valencia College, will be worse than what it was before. When mayhem or pandemonium takes place in all of our cities and towns, it will not be by my hand, but by the hand of the wicked. For it is written that the judgements of God will overtake the wicked and it is by the wicked that the wicked are punished.  This is what those evil spirits said or muttered about me and about your fate thru me friend Freddy Mercury and KISS. I went to visit Mercury once or twice in hell to drink from his skull or to learn about him. I debriefed him by sking how he was doing and he kicked me and put me down out of no reason. But before he did that, I was at his door post and he was coveringhimself from head to toes with a blanet. He never imagined that hell was cold. His greatest fear in life was to be alone; and alone he is.  I may have appeared like a Monster to him or so.  Some of his songs like Another one Bites the Dust and We will Rock you are the "PULSE" from hell which he Larped with his music; those are warnings for the LGBTQ community, his friends and companions.  He was a prophet in his own right with his lyrics and England, only that he listened to evil spirits instead of God. France and Orlando, You also know it. I know battle formations from hell when I hear them. These my friends are in the Hotel California like many of you will check in but never be able to check out of your own device. Go there from time to time, to bring them wine. Last time I was there was in 1969, a year before I was born. After that, maybe once or twice ever since.

It was God the Father not me who told you in the revelation that you broke that I would hunt you down in life or in spirit? Can’t you read?  Do you even know that it means or you just assumed you knew? Am I not now hunting you with my spiritual words as a Lion when surrounding the pray? I came to serve you and to protect you from your own destruction, and if possible to restore you from your ignorance and from your sins, but you prefer to remain in them, and for that reason you will be hunted by your enemies. We tried to fish you, but now the time of fishing has ended, and the time of hunting is at hand. We are here to search your sins and to openly declare them so that you become a prey of your own devices. It is like putting an infrared signature on your souls, so the destroying angels know who is wicked and who is righteous. Only the most righteous and kind in your midst will be spared. As a people, or as an American Civilization you are doomed to be wiped out for your iniquities by falling as prey in our hands, you enemies. And only two legs, a piece of nose, and piece of an ear will be left of you as a people when your hunters befall upon you. For so it is written:

You accused me of saying that I am bad to the Bone, that I make my own, that I drink alone. You know that those are lines from a Rock Song sang by George Thorogood, Bad to the Bone and I Drink Alone from the bands the destroyers.  What is so offensive or fighting about that. You assumed wrong. I just prophesied in advance thru their mouth what I would say to you and what you would do to me.

This means that I am Full of the Holy Ghost or Light and truth to the bones; and that I am given power to sit in judgment.  It also means that when I act in the name of God, I am Terrible or that I am filled with the lord’s indignation and reproach against you.  In other words, that I am a prophet of God that drinks heavily from the scriptures alone. And that I mix my own drinks to give to you all. And even if you refuse to drink from my cup, the LORD said that you will still drink of it and spew.  And that as a result of my resounding word in your filthy souls, that very soon, my voice will be more terrible in your ears than the roaring of a Lion. That in my presence, If I will you can even roast land whither like fading grass under summer’s heat.  

You accused me of saying that I would put your skin on me while the blood is still warm?  IS that feasible?  I told you that I have special skills that no other man has. The Holy Ghost will not dwell in unholy temples or unclean bodies, but my spirit can.  No spirit can enter o penetrate a dead body, only living ones.   This is what I meant by that.  And it happened. I told you to tell that woman Marlin Barlow that if she does not step down she will get really sick. She is a walking plague, and her body is fermenting due to lack of physical exercise or lack of oxygen in her lower extremities. All she does is take the elevators up and down.  She should step down at least or her rotten blood from her  feet will poison the rest of the body. I saw a red foot, like diabetes or lupus with coagulated blood.  If the red spots spread to all her blood she is dead meat.  Other than this, you also accuse me of saying that It is time to clean up the house and set in in order. I told you that I was conducting an exorcism. I showed you a reenacted video or Fredy Mercury, I want to break free. In it, I was only insinuating that I was already in her skin, seeing the routines in her own house and cleaning up her evils spirits as with a vacuum.   I may have lived with that woman for a day or two in the spirit in her own house, side by side.   She even felt my spiritual presence and tried to call security or the police. I told her that I looked bad and that acted bad as in a actor, but that I was not bad.  I think she understood me.  My words of course, were very persuasive that penetrated the innermost of her soul.

You accused me of saying that to my enemies, that for them I am the Grave Yard Digger, and that after they are dead, that I will dig their graves, and drink from their skulls, then put them  back to sleep softly and write their tales from the bottomless pit of my brain. Do you know what this means?

It means that after you are destroyed as a people for your iniquities and abominations, under the great judgments that God will send upon you, even your head stones will be buried. Or That I will cause your mass graves to be dug so I can give you a proper burial. Many of you will lie in the streets and valleys as a heap of dry bones. I have seen this in vision. Where found, I will drink or read the inscriptions of your head stones; or if needs be I will prophesy to your bones to revive them by the power of the priesthood your broken bones so that you speak to me; and tell me who you are, your vital records and how you died so I can record it in the books. This is so my brethren and I, in the temples of our God can propitiate your vicarious salvation. Or we will baptize you vicariously so that once you re resurrected you can come to God and face his final judgment for better or for worst.  For so it is written:

THE hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.

For prophesying, like my fathers did, I was cast out from among you. Even for doing that which no other man before me did, which is to vindicate all the prophets from the first to the last.  I said that I cannot go to your school until next year. I tell you right now, that I have no desire to return to your school ever unless you get on your knees and to beg and tell me that you love me. Keep smooching with each other while you still have pleasure in unrighteousness by talking about me despite your secrecy pledges.  You can keep the change from my education fund that was stolen from you for undelivered education and services.  As I said before, I forgive you your trespasses against me, but the spirit that is in my gut does not forgive your transgression and rebellion. Your God given reward is assured and it will come from the hand of the LORD in his own due time.  Don’t forget that you shook EL Che Frank & Earnest Sinatra’s hand. The stone that the builders rejected, upon which they could have built and glorified their college forevermore has become the corner stone.  I met Spurgeon in s dream under extreme persecution. Nothing compared with the incident at Valencia. If any, the farce that lead to my academic death has not only the hallmarks of the trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ, but it also has reflective resonances with the trial or death of Socrates.  Valencia College, an institute of higher education would have likewise condemned Socrates. Athens who boasted of philosophical enlightenment rejected their keystone or shinning one. My marathon essays and LARP plays that reflect the times of our tumultuous and riotous days are no different than the tumultuous and riotous days during the argumentative days of Socrates, the great philosopher, and the fall of their idiosyncratic and illustrious civilization.

When we refuse to correct our errors till they become shameful mistakes, we are doomed to repeat the past with all its pains and aches.  I won't appeal my conviction because it was not me who was in trial but them.  My voluntary acceptance of their spurious charges and condemnation is a testament of their own indictment.  They broke the law against one of their most upright and devoted citizens. The law and the testimony has been sealed. And the truth has set me free, even from the blood and sins of this generation. It is them who are not worthy of spiritual intellectuals like me. My shackles are loosened, why they remain in the cave of delusions and shadows of their own device.  And it is written that after our testimony, that is the testimony of apostles and prophets, comes wrath and indignation upon the people.  I have no regrets; or if there are any, they are too few to mention.
