The Trial and Execution of Miguel Tinoco

The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.

(New Testament | Matthew 10:24)

Rule 35B

And again, another angel shall sound his trump, which is the sixth angel, saying: She is fallen who made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication; she is fallen, is fallen!

(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 88:105)

The Only laws that we are subject to obey are those that have a constitutional Moral character or which are binding all flesh equally.  Anything more or less than this comes from evil.  This is why I could not keep my mouth shut, even though I never voiced anything with my own mouth.  I went to school for services, which were paid, not to worship cat minded professor or to cater and be submissive to the school task masters. They may know more than me in a particular subject, but they are not greater or lesser than me in any way shape or form.  I have as much right as they do to voice my concerns, to ask for help and to demand answers or the services for which I had paid.  This is what God told them with my letter, but their skin was too thin.  As long as I remained silent, and voiced my concern from my own setting, not theirs, their school rules are irrelevant.  It was them who rushed to materialize my written communication,  and it was them who decided to act upon them; and by so doing they broke the law which is constitutional, even against all  that they teach.

If any, the farce that lead to my academic death has not only the hallmarks of the trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ in all its dark motifs, but it also has reflective resonances with the trial or death of Socrates.  Valencia College, Central  Florida institute of higher education would have likewise condemned Socrates. Even Athens who boasted of philosophical enlightenment rejected their keystone or shinning one.  My marathon essays and LARP plays that reflect the times of our tumultuous and riotous days are no different than the tumultuous and riotous days during the days of wickedness and vengeance during the trial of Jesus Christ; and also the argumentative and unruly days of Socrates, the great philosopher, and the decline and fall of their idiosyncratic and illustrious civilizations. When I sent them the complaint Letter that I was inspired to write against them by God almighty, it was my calling and induction as a prophet of the Living God. I was under covenant to defend truth and virtue. And he told them the end from the beginning through my instrumentality; yet they would not believe.

President Kennedy who they dishonored and killed, also spoke to them through me. He said to them that when they refuse to correct their errors till they become shameful mistakes, we are doomed to repeat the past with all its pains and aches such as when Carl Marx request for an increase in salary was rejected.  I won't appeal my conviction, not because I had done anything wrong or illegal, or anything that I would not do all over again, but because it was not me who was in trial but them.  I owe it to God and to my fellow man not to shrink from controversy, debate or argument, for the world needs pioneers today; and to this end was I born.

Prophet Thomas S Monson
The passage of time dims our memories and diminishes our appreciation for those who walked the path of pain, leaving behind a tear-marked trail of nameless graves.

But what of today’s challenges? Are there no rocky roads to travel, no rugged mountains to climb, no chasms to cross, no trails to blaze, no rivers to ford? Or is there a very present need for that pioneer spirit to guide us away from the dangers that threaten to engulf us and to lead us to a Zion of safety?

In the decades since the end of World War II, standards of morality have lowered again and again. Crime spirals upward; decency careens downward. Many are on a giant roller coaster of disaster, seeking the thrills of the moment while sacrificing the joys of eternity. Thus we forfeit peace.

We forget how the Greeks and Romans prevailed magnificently in a barbaric world and how that triumph ended—how a slackness and softness finally overcame them to their ruin. In the end, more than they wanted freedom, they wanted security and a comfortable life; and they lost all—comfort and security and freedom.

Do not yield to Satan’s enticements; rather, stand firm for truth. The unsatisfied yearnings of the soul will not be met by a never-ending quest for joy amidst the thrills of sensation and vice. Vice never leads to virtue. Hate never promotes love. Cowardice never gives courage. Doubt never inspires faith.

Some find it difficult to withstand the mocking and unsavory remarks of foolish ones who ridicule chastity, honesty, and obedience to God’s commands. But the world has ever belittled adherence to principle. When Noah was instructed to build an ark, the foolish populace looked at the cloudless sky and then scoffed and jeered—until the rain came.

Must we learn such costly lessons over and over again? Times change, but truth persists. When we fail to profit from the experiences of the past, we are doomed to repeat them with all their heartache, suffering, and anguish. Haven’t we the wisdom to obey Him who knows the beginning from the end—our Lord, who designed the plan of salvation—rather than that serpent, who despised its beauty?

A dictionary defines a pioneer as “one who goes before to prepare or open up the way for others to follow.” Can we somehow muster the courage and steadfastness of purpose that characterized the pioneers of a former generation? Can you and I, in actual fact, be pioneers?

I know we can be. Oh, how the world needs pioneers today!

I am under covenant to obey God at all peril and to be a witness unto him in all things, in all places, at all times and even unto death. My voluntary acceptance of their spurious charges and condemnation is a testament of their own indictment; and with the same measure that they have meted me, they will be meted by their fellows and by God at the Judgement Day.   They broke the law against one of their most upright and devoted citizens under protected and guaranteed statutes.  As a result, the law and the testimony has been sealed to the ground, that is to Natural law and the laws of Nature and to the powers of heave.  And the truth has set me free, even from the blood and sins of this generation while their garments remain stained.   They have unleashed a sequence of events that will bring about the next apocalypse or national tragedy.  They may argue that if Socrates would be in their midst, that they would have not killed him. Really.  This is what the LORD himself has to say concerning them both by his own mouth and thru another prophet like me called Samuel the Lamanite.

TESTIMONY A

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!  for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!  because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell.  Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city. That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

(New Testament | Matthew 23:27 - 39)

TESTIMONY B

For this cause hath the Lord God caused that a curse should come upon the land, and also upon your riches, and this because of your iniquities.

Yea, wo unto this people, because of this time which has arrived, that ye do cast out the prophets, and do mock them, and cast stones at them, and do slay them, and do all manner of iniquity unto them, even as they did of old time. And now when ye talk, ye say:
If our days had been in the days of our fathers of old, we would not have slain the prophets; we would not have stoned them, and cast them out.

Behold ye are worse than they; for as the Lord liveth, if a prophet come among you and declareth unto you the word of the Lord, which testifieth of your sins and iniquities, ye are angry with him, and cast him out and seek all manner of ways to destroy him; yea, you will say that he is a false prophet, and that he is a sinner, and of the devil, because he testifieth that your deeds are evil.

But behold, if a man shall come among you and shall say: Do this, and there is no iniquity; do that and ye shall not suffer; yea, he will say: Walk after the pride of your own hearts; yea, walk after the pride of your eyes, and do whatsoever your heart desireth—and if a man shall come among you and say this, ye will receive him, and say that he is a prophet. Yea, ye will lift him up, and ye will give unto him of your substance; ye will give unto him of your gold, and of your silver, and ye will clothe him with costly apparel; and because he speaketh flattering words unto you, and he saith that all is well, then ye will not find fault with him.
O ye wicked and ye perverse generation; ye hardened and ye stiffnecked people, how long will ye suppose that the Lord will suffer you?  Yea, how long will ye suffer yourselves to be led by foolish and blind guides?  Yea, how long will ye choose darkness rather than light? Yea, behold, the anger of the Lord is already kindled against you; behold, he hath cursed the land because of your iniquity.

And behold, the time cometh that he curseth your riches, that they become slippery, that ye cannot hold them; and in the days of your poverty ye cannot retain them.  And in the days of your poverty ye shall cry unto the Lord; and in vain shall ye cry, for your desolation is already come upon you, and your destruction is made sure; and then shall ye weep and howl in that day, saith the Lord of Hosts.  And then shall ye lament, and say:
O that I had repented, and had not killed the prophets, and stoned them, and cast them out.  Yea, in that day ye shall say:

O that we had remembered the Lord our God in the day that he gave us our riches, and then they would not have become slippery that we should lose them; for behold, our riches are gone from us. Behold, we lay a tool here and on the morrow it is gone; and behold, our swords are taken from us in the day we have sought them for battle. Yea, we have hid up our treasures and they have slipped away from us, because of the curse of the land.

O that we had repented in the day that the word of the Lord came unto us; for behold the land is cursed, and all things are become slippery, and we cannot hold them. Behold, we are surrounded by demons, yea, we are encircled about by the angels of him who hath sought to destroy our souls.  Behold, our iniquities are great.
O Lord, canst thou not turn away thine anger from us?  And this shall be your language in those days. But behold, your days of probation are past; ye have procrastinated the day of your salvation until it is everlastingly too late, and your destruction is made sure; yea, for ye have sought all the days of your lives for that which ye could not obtain; and ye have sought for happiness in doing iniquity, which thing is contrary to the nature of that righteousness which is in our great and Eternal Head.
O ye people of the land, that ye would hear my words!  And I pray that the anger of the Lord be turned away from you, and that ye would repent and be saved.

(Book of Mormon | Helaman 13:23 - 39)

It is them who are not worthy of wiser and spiritual intellectuals like me. My shackles are loosened, why they remain in the cave of delusions and shadows of their own device.  And it is written that after our testimony, that is the testimony of apostles and prophets, comes wrath and indignation upon the people.  I have no regrets; or if there are any, they are too few to mention.  I don't drink Alcoholic beverages, or even coffee or tea. I drink from wise me and prophets, Daniel and the Johns, even Black and Red or with my Grand fathers and true teachers which are in heaven.   This is why I sang to them the very song of George Thorogood, "I drink alone."  Cheers to Socrates!

THE EXAMINED LIFE IS WORTH LIVING

Abide ye in the liberty wherewith ye are made free; entangle not yourselves in sin, but let your hands be clean, until the Lord comes. For not many days hence and the earth shall tremble and reel to and fro as a drunken man; and the sun shall hide his face, and shall refuse to give light; and the moon shall be bathed in blood; and the stars shall become exceedingly angry, and shall cast themselves down as a fig that falleth from off a fig–tree. And after your testimony cometh wrath and indignation upon the people.

For after your testimony cometh the testimony of earthquakes, that shall cause groanings in the midst of her, and men shall fall upon the ground and shall not be able to stand. And also cometh the testimony of the voice of thunderings, and the voice of lightnings, and the voice of tempests, and the voice of the waves of the sea heaving themselves beyond their bounds. And all things shall be in commotion; and surely, men's hearts shall fail them; for fear shall come upon all people. And angels shall fly through the midst of heaven, crying with a loud voice, sounding the trump of God, saying: Prepare ye, prepare ye, O inhabitants of the earth; for the judgment of our God is come.  Behold, and lo, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. And immediately there shall appear a great sign in heaven, and all people shall see it together. And another angel shall sound his trump, saying: That great church, the mother of abominations, that made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, that persecuteth the saints of God, that shed their blood—she who sitteth upon many waters, and upon the islands of the sea—behold, she is the tares of the earth; she is bound in bundles; her bands are made strong, no man can loose them; therefore, she is ready to be burned.  And he shall sound his trump both long and loud, and all nations shall hear it.

And there shall be silence in heaven for the space of half an hour; and immediately after shall the curtain of heaven be unfolded, as a scroll is unfolded after it is rolled up, and the face of the Lord shall be unveiled; And the saints that are upon the earth, who are alive, shall be quickened and be caught up to meet him. And they who have slept in their graves shall come forth, for their graves shall be opened; and they also shall be caught up to meet him in the midst of the pillar of heaven— They are Christ's, the first fruits, they who shall descend with him first, and they who are on the earth and in their graves, who are first caught up to meet him; and all this by the voice of the sounding of the trump of the angel of God. And after this another angel shall sound, which is the second trump; and then cometh the redemption of those who are Christ's at his coming; who have received their part in that prison which is prepared for them, that they might receive the gospel, and be judged according to men in the flesh.  And again, another trump shall sound, which is the third trump; and then come the spirits of men who are to be judged, and are found under condemnation; and these are the rest of the dead; and they live not again until the thousand years are ended, neither again, until the end of the earth.

And another trump shall sound, which is the fourth trump, saying: There are found among those who are to remain until that great and last day, even the end, who shall remain filthy still.

And another trump shall sound, which is the fifth trump, which is the fifth angel who committeth the everlasting gospel—flying through the midst of heaven, unto all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people; and this shall be the sound of his trump, saying to all people, both in heaven and in earth, and that are under the earth—for every ear shall hear it, and every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess, while they hear the sound of the trump, saying:

Fear God, and give glory to him who sitteth upon the throne, forever and ever; for the hour of his judgment is come.

And again, another angel shall sound his trump, which is the sixth angel, saying: She is fallen who made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication; she is fallen, is fallen!

(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 88:86 - 105)
For if I, who am nothing but a man and preach repentance unto you and you hate me, what will you all say when ye hear the sermons of heaven? For thus saith the LORD:

And I will answer judgment, wrath, and indignation, wailing, and anguish, and gnashing of teeth upon their heads, unto the third and fourth generation, so long as they repent not, and hate me, saith the Lord your God.
(Doctrine and Covenants | Section 124:52)
Lift up your voices and spare not.  Call upon the nations to repent, both old and young, both bond and free, saying: Prepare yourselves for the great day of the Lord:

For if I, who am a man, do lift up my voice and call upon you to repent, and ye hate me, what will ye say when the day cometh when the thunders shall utter their voices from the ends of the earth, speaking to the ears of all that live, saying—Repent, and prepare for the great day of the Lord?

Yea, and again, when the lightnings shall streak forth from the east unto the west, and shall utter forth their voices unto all that live, and make the ears of all tingle that hear, saying these words—Repent ye, for the great day of the Lord is come?

And again, the Lord shall utter his voice out of heaven, saying: Hearken, O ye nations of the earth, and hear the words of that God who made you.  O, ye nations of the earth, how often would I have gathered you together as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, but ye would not.  How oft have I called upon you by the mouth of my servants, and by the ministering of angels, and by mine own voice, and by the voice of thunderings, and by the voice of lightnings, and by the voice of tempests, and by the voice of earthquakes, and great hailstorms, and by the voice of famines and pestilences of every kind, and by the great sound of a trump, and by the voice of judgment, and by the voice of mercy all the day long, and by the voice of glory and honor and the riches of eternal life, and would have saved you with an everlasting salvation, but ye would not!  Behold, the day has come, when the cup of the wrath of mine indignation is full.
Behold, verily I say unto you, that these are the words of the Lord your God.
 (Doctrine and Covenants | Section 43:20 - 27)

All this will come to pass as Johnny Cash said, in his apocalyptic song, when the man comes around:

WHEN THE MAN COMES AROUND

As you see, even though I drink alone; I am not alone. I speak with the law and the testimony at hand. And what I register on earth, I register in heaven; and I do it solemnly,   humbly, boldly and nobly, even as one having authority, in the sacred name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Attentively yours from an unworthy servant inthe hands of Christ
